I purchased your pattern but didn’t receive it! 

When you buy one of my patterns, it is through Ravelry and the pattern will be sent to you automatically.  You could check you spam folder to see if it has been send there.  Check that the email address you are using is the one you used to sign up to Ravelry/Paypal.  I have often found that is the issue!  If you still have no luck you should contact the team at Ravelry at downloads@ravelry.com.

I would like to sell the finished items I have made form the patterns.  Is that allowed?

All my patterns are for personal use only and must not be resold.  In some cases you may sell the completed items to raise money for charity.  Please see email me to discuss this.

Do you have a shop/workshop I can visit?

Unfortunately at the moment I do not have a work space that is suitable for visitors.  All my products are available to purchase online only.

I am coming to Shetland, do you have any tips on places to visit / woolly things I should see?

I have a yarn shop and would be interested in stocking paper copies of your patterns. Is this possible?
